Card 1 – Angel of Diet & Nutrition
Pay attention to what you eat and drink. You intuitively know what is good for you. This is also about the thoughts you think!
You’re being urged to pay attention to what you eat and drink; make sure you maintain a balanced diet. Remember, you intuitively know what is good for you. Simply pay attention and be mindful – all in moderation.
You are also being urged to pay attention to your thoughts. Healthy nutrition is not solely derived from what we eat and drink, it also stems from our thoughts. Positive and loving thoughts are just as nourishing as good food and drink. Let go of every fearful and negative thought and replace it with love to; there is nothing to fear.
Card 2 – Angel of Relaxation
Let go of desired outcomes and you will get what you want.
Everything will fall into place and become clear when it is meant to, so switch off and take it easy for a while. The Angel of Relaxation has appeared to help you relax. By keeping your focus fixed on all it is you wish to happen or achieve, you are in a way preventing the natural flow of events to occur. Surrender any project or concern to the angels in the knowing that all is being taken care of. Focus on all you have achieved to date and on all your many blessings. Take time to nurture and pamper yourself and start to do more of those things which nourish your soul instead of worrying about the future. By relaxing and letting go of desired outcomes, you create the space for the angels and universe to give you what you want. Trust!
Card 3 – Angel of Manifestation
Your efforts, determination and perseverance have paid off.
Your efforts, determination and perseverance have paid off! Something you have yearned for, dreamt of, and worked towards is about to manifest. Yet this is not a time for wild elation. Keep your focus and balance and do not lose sight of your original purpose. Quietly give thanks to your angels,God/Goddess and the Universe for this blessing, and continue quietly with your work.

Card 4 – Goddess of Strength
Stand up for what you believe. You will gain respect by standing your ground.
There are times in life when it is best to let go and walk away from certain situations. However, you are being encouraged by the universe to stand up for what you believe in, with regards to situation you’re currently faced with. The universe is testing your faith and resolve. Stand firm in your beliefs, and convictions, yet do not allow resentment or anger to fester. It is possible to be both loving and strong simultaneously. You’ll gain much respect from others by standing your ground. At the same time you will have broken a long-standing pattern of not standing up for yourself that has affected your life experiences for a long time. Congratulations!
Card 5 – Angel of Prayer
Ask the Universe and the Angels for help and Guidance.
You are never alone, nor do you need to tackle or solve everything on your own. The universe, God/ Goddess and the angels are always listening; all you need do is ask for their help and guidance. Prayer does not need to be formal or structured as has been the tradition for so long in many religions. You may converse with the universe, God/Goddess, the angels, ascended masters and all beings of light and love, in your own language and in your own way. The universal power is your loving friend. The pure essence of creation responds immediately to all your requests, however, due to the universal law of choice, it will not act or intervene unless it is asked to do so. Discuss the current issue along with any other fear or concern you may have with the Angel of Prayer.
